Jamie Oliver gluten free apple crumble is a baked dessert made with sliced apples and a crumble topping prepared using gluten-free flour or oats.
It follows the same method as a traditional crumble, with careful ingredient choices to keep it safe for gluten-free eating.

For the gluten-free crumble topping
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Place the sliced apples into a baking dish and spread them evenly. Sprinkle over the sugar and cinnamon, then add lemon juice or zest to balance the sweetness. Dot with small pieces of butter.
In a bowl, combine the gluten free flour, gluten free oats, sugar, and salt. Add the cold butter and rub it in with your fingertips until the mixture looks like rough breadcrumbs, leaving some larger chunks for texture.
Scatter the crumble topping evenly over the apples. Do not press it down, as a loose topping helps it crisp properly during baking.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, until the topping is golden and the apple filling is bubbling around the edges.
Remove the crumble from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes. This helps the filling settle and makes serving easier.
