Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly. Slice the cucumber, halve the tomatoes, slice the onion thinly, and cut the bell pepper into strips.

Step 2: Arrange the Salad Base

Place all the prepared vegetables in a large serving bowl. Toss gently to distribute the colors and textures evenly.

Step 3: Prepare the Feta

Cut the feta into cubes or crumble it into large pieces. Keeping some larger chunks creates a more appealing presentation.

Step 4: Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Step 5: Add the Feta

Scatter the feta over the vegetables rather than mixing it in aggressively. This helps maintain its texture.

Step 6: Dress the Salad
