Jamie Oliver’s Marie Rose Sauce is a creamy dressing made from mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and a touch of seasoning. It’s smooth, pink, and ideal for seafood dishes like prawn cocktail.

    • 200g mayonnaise

    • 2 tablespoons ketchup

    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    • Pinch of smoked paprika

    • Salt and black pepper to taste

    • Optional: dash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper for heat

Instructions

1. Combine the Base Ingredients

Add mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce to a bowl.

2. Season the Sauce

Add smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and pink.

3. Adjust the Flavor

Taste and add more lemon for tang, ketchup for sweetness, or paprika for extra depth.
